Jayesh Patel, the builder embroiled in a multi-crore scam related to shop-building schemes, was apprehended at Mumbai airport. The Gotri police team has departed for Mumbai to take him into custody. Operating under the company name Satya Developers, Jayesh Natwarlal Patel initiated the Star Residency project. Shockingly, he allegedly sold flats and shops to multiple individuals after engaging in fraudulent practices following the commencement of bookings.
