Uttran police nabbed a mentally deranged accused who committed a heinous act against dogs near Ambika Pinnacle Complex in Mota Varachha. The police checked more than 70 cameras to arrest the accused Haresh Laljibhai Vagdia. The entire incident was captured in a CCTV camera, based on which the police arrested the accused and took action. The accused had also confessed to being involved in this act.
