A bribe of Rs 2.50 lakh was demanded to release the security deposit of the complainant. When the complainant informed the ACB about this, the ACB set a trap and arrested Tejas Ariwala, chief accountant of the municipality, and Bhikhubhai Patel, who was working as a peon in the account department.
