28-year-old Junaid Badshah pushed a girl named Sidi Habibabanu from the 10th floor of Prime Minister Suman Vandana's residence in Jahangirpura. It is worth mentioning here that the girl was engaged to the accused's younger brother, but she broke the engagement. Later, the accused contacted the girl, called her to the house, and questioned her over the broken engagement. When the situation started to escalate, the girl used a knife for self-defense, but the accused, Junaid, pushed the girl from the 10th floor's gallery, resulting in her death on the spot. The police arrested the young man from the hospital when he reached Surat New Civil Hospital for treatment and took legal action.
