A fire breaks out at Italia Hospital in the Varachha area.
A fire broke out on the fourth floor of Platinum Point at Italia Hospital in the Varachha area of Surat. Immediately following the fire, various patients were taken out of the ward and shifted to a safe place. Following the fire, as many as six vehicles of the fire brigade reached the spot and brought the fire under control. The fire is believed to have started due to a short circuit. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
