The menace of violent dogs in Rajkot's Jungleshwar and Neelkanth Park area is on the rise. Following a recent dog attack on a child, three to four stray dogs attempted another assault on a local resident. Frustrated by the lack of action from the authorities in addressing these recurring incidents, the residents have taken matters into their own hands to catch the dogs.
