Today, workers of the Aam Aadmi Party carried out the traffic awareness campaign in the city of Surat. Bhupat Bhayani, a former MLA who defected was found at the event.
Former opposition leader Dharmesh Bhandari chose not to comment when questioned about the defection and promptly left the scene.
