In an unfortunate incident, a 12 year old boy, while flying kites accidentally came in contact with an electric live wire and was electrocuted to death. His hand fell on the wire accidentally following which he was electrocuted. There is still almost a week to Uttarayan however such tragic incidents have begun already.
