Due to serious negligence by passport department officers, Bhavita Patel received the passport of Shahbuddin Kadivar from Morbi when she presented at the office. Instead of addressing the issue, she was directed to go from the Nizampura office to the Ahmedabad head office. Frustrated by the lack of a proper response, the woman has filed a complaint.
