In a positive development, the number of bird injuries during Uttarayan this year has decreased compared to the previous year. The launch of Karuna Abhiyan in Vadodara on the 10th contributed to the decline, with a total of 652 reported injuries in the district. Vadodara city established three dedicated centers as part of the campaign.
