On Thursday, chaos ensued in the AMC as Congress corporators, led by Leader of Opposition Shehjad Khan Pathan, stormed the committee room before the Standing Committee meeting, protesting and putting up posters. The municipal corporation's security officer filed a complaint against 20 individuals, including Pathan, at the Karanj police station. The complaint alleges an unauthorized assembly causing a loss of Rs.5 thousand due to the illegal placement of posters in the committee room.
