The Veer Narmad University has formed a Board of Management and an Executive Council under the Gujarat Public University Act. The members will serve a term of up to two and a half years. Out of the 18 seats on the Board of Management, 9 members, including the Chancellor and General Secretary, have been appointed, and 12 members have been appointed out of 22 seats on the Executive Council. However, two members resigned via email, citing concerns about non-academic matters and individualism within the university. Notably, the syndicate of the 60-year-old university has been dissolved.
