On the solemn occasion of Mahatma Gandhi’s Death Anniversary, on January 30, Surat organized a program to pay floral tributes at the statue of the revered leader. In attendance were Surat Manpa office bearers, MLA Purnesh Modi, and Mayor Sahitana. The event included a devotional bhajan and drew the participation of numerous school students and citizens. As a gesture of compassion, biscuits were distributed to children, fostering the spirit of unity and remembrance.
