Surat is grappling with yet another case of fraud involving Canadian and UK visas. Victims, deceived under the pretext of student visas and work permits, have been left in the lurch as the managers of a visa office have absconded with over ₹20.66 lakhs. Bhavesh Chauhan and Kalpesh Chauhan operated an office in Adajan, allegedly conducting the fraudulent activities under the guise of an agency.
