During a festival in the city, Saroli police apprehended an individual in possession of an illegal pistol. Acting on a tip-off, the police conducted a search and found the accused with an Indian-made pistol and a live cartridge. Further investigation revealed that the accused had procured the pistol from Maharashtra for illegal sale. The accused, who sold the pistol, has been declared wanted for arms dealing and subsequent actions.
