Deepen Shah and Dharmin Shah, have been apprehended by the police. These individuals, holding 5% partnership each in the Harni Lake project, were caught while traveling from Mumbai to Vadodara. Meanwhile, remand for other accused Gopal Shah and Paresh Shah has concluded. Warrants under Section 70 have been issued against the remaining four absconding individuals, with potential property confiscation if they fail to appear. DCP Panna Momaya, in a press conference disclosed information.
