Bijal Shah, the newly appointed District Collector in Vadodara, officially took charge. Atul Gor, the former District Collector had submitted the inquiry report on the Harni boat accident before being transferred as an officer on special duty in the Chief Minister's office. Previously serving as the Jamnagar District Collector, Shah assumed the role of Vadodara Collector. During the transition, officials, including Additional Resident Collector BS Prajapati and Class-3 Revenue Personnel, extended a warm welcome to the new District Collector.
