In a significant breakthrough, the Udhna police in Surat arrested three habitual chain-snatching offenders, seizing gold and silver jewelry along with a mobile phone. The accused were involved in snatching a purse from a woman in a rickshaw, resulting in the recovery of valuables worth over 53 thousand. Further investigations revealed that the accused played a crucial role in supplying bikes to the criminals for executing purse and mobile phone snatchings. Legal actions have been initiated against the apprehended individuals.
