Surat's vibrant Piplod Food Bazaar is set for a transformation into a bustling street food hub, as the municipal corporation allocates ₹89 crores for its beautification. The central government will contribute through the Beautification Street Food Scheme. Additionally, plans for the construction of food markets in Katargam and Rander are in progress.
