Late at night, a distressing fire incident unfolded in the parking lot of Metro Mansion flats near Mastan Masjid in Ahmedabad's Fatehwadi area, triggering alarm among residents. The sight of flames prompted panicked shouts and screams from frightened onlookers. The fire quickly engulfed 39 two-wheelers and 3 rickshaws, reducing them to ashes. In a bid to evade the spreading flames, residents rushed to the safety of the terrace. Responding swiftly to the emergency call, nine fire brigade teams swiftly converged on the scene. Amidst the chaos, the courageous efforts of fire brigade personnel led to the successful rescue of approximately 200 individuals from the terrace setting, averting potential casualties and ensuring their safety.
