A fake marksheet scam has been unearthed in Singanpore. Two agents of the main kingpin, Nilesh Savaliya, have been arrested: Asif Jivani and Ketan Jethwa. It has been revealed that these two accused were delivering fake marksheets and degrees to people at Nilesh's behest. They have confessed to giving out 16 fake degrees, some of which have even been used to go abroad for studies.
