On March 12, tragedy struck near the Mehta Theater in Nanpura, as an unidentified young man lost his life in a dispute over Rs. 400. The Athwalines Police discovered the victim bleeding from the nose on a footpath. Upon reviewing CCTV footage, they identified Ram Kishore, a resident of Odisha, as a suspect. During interrogation, Ramkishore admitted to being involved in a quarrel with the deceased over the disputed sum, resulting in the fatal altercation.
