The municipality has taken action against 142 security personnel from 10 agencies for illegally working double shifts in different administrative zones and BRTS areas. Despite tender conditions limiting work hours to 8 per shift, workers were found working two shifts. Notices were issued to agencies, and penalties totaling 5.78 lakhs were imposed for this violation of regulations.
