The mastermind behind a large-scale scam, wherein he posed as a Naga Baba and hypnotized victims to swindle them, has been apprehended by the police. The arrest followed CCTV footage tracking, leading to the capture of the main accused from Dehgam. The scam involved the accused extracting gold from victims after performing fraudulent rituals, conducted under the guise of mysticism.
