A fire erupted at a bungalow named Sethi's situated in the Shakti Nagar locality of Parle Point area in Surat. Preliminary investigations suggest that the blaze originated from a short circuit in the air conditioning unit on the first floor, leading to the combustion of furniture in the room. Prompt action was taken upon receiving the report of the fire, with six fire brigade vehicles rushing to the scene. Despite the intense efforts, the fire was eventually brought under control, averting any loss of life in the incident.
