A speeding BRTS bus collided with a bike, causing serious injury to 24-year-old Jameel Sheikh. The impact dislodged bike accessories, one of which struck Sheikh's leg. He was promptly transported to Civil Hospital for treatment. The bus driver was apprehended by pedestrians and turned over to the police.
