Vadodara's renowned ISKCON temple in Gotri saw a breakthrough as police apprehended Santosh, also known as Antaryami Premanand or Premadas, from Orissa in connection with the theft of deities' ornaments worth 1.50 lakhs. Through concerted efforts of multiple teams, law enforcement successfully located the suspect. The recovered loot, comprising gold and silver ornaments valued at 20.73 lakhs, sheds light on Santosh's involvement in similar thefts at temples such as Moodbidri in Karnataka and Kalam in Andhra Pradesh.
