Surat's SOG and PCB apprehended Afzal Whora and others, seizing 101 SIM cards from them near Sana Mil Bhestan. Arif Syed and Mohammad Farooq Memon were also nabbed at Shanti Nagar Saibaba Mandir with 37 pre-active SIM cards. Bhestan police initiated an investigation.
