A gang of five people has been arrested for robbing elderly women of their gold jewelry in Surat, Gujarat. The gang would change rickshaw registration numbers and intimidate the women into handing over their valuables. The Crime Branch police have recovered all of the stolen jewelry and are investigating the case further.
