Ganesh Visarjan will take place today, after ten days. Lord Ganesha will be immersed in the Dakka Owara artificial lake in Surat. About 80 thousand statues in Surat city will be immersed. Devotees are proceeding to Visarjan with heavy hearts. A tight police presence has also been arranged so that no untoward incident takes place.
