Crane Accident in Halol Vada Lake: 5 Injured as Lifting Strap Breaks During Idol Transport
The crane operator and four swimmers sustained injuries when the lifting strap, securing a municipality-placed idol, snapped at Halol's Vada Lake. All injured individuals were transported to the Halol Referral Hospital for treatment, with two subsequently referred to Vadodara. The crane toppled during the statue-lifting operation due to the broken strap.
