Cloud burst in Sikkim lead to 23 soldiers going missing:
In Sikkim, 23 soldiers have gone missing as a result of a sudden cloud burst and the flooding of Teesta River. Following the cloud burst, the water level in the Teesta River suddenly increased by 15 to 20 feet. A rescue operation has been initiated to locate and save the missing soldiers. People have been evacuated to safer areas.
