Ahead of Navratri celebrations this year, the Ahmedabad city police have issued guidelines. These guidelines include permission for Garba performances until midnight for all nine days of Navratri. Sound systems at Garba venues near hospitals will need to be controlled. Traffic management will be emphasized at public places hosting ‘Sheri Garbas’ and society-based Garba venues.
