In the Gujarat High Court, Chief Justice Sunita Agrawal and Justice Aniruddh Mayani have decided to entertain two public interest litigations today. In these PILs filed by lawyers, it has been requested that public interest litigation should not be filed casually, and complete details and work-related information about the petitioner should be provided along with the PIL. It's worth noting that Chief Justice Sunita Agrawal has previously issued a notice to PIL filers not to file public interest litigation casually and to provide complete evidence and job details along with the PILs.
