Causeway Reopens After 1-Month Closure: Construction and Cleaning Completed
The causeway, closed for a month due to water release from Ukai, has now reopened for vehicles. The closure, initiated on the 9th, was necessary for safety during monsoon water release. After monsoon subsided and dam water release ceased, the municipality conducted cleaning and railing construction. Once the work concluded, traffic resumed on the causeway.
