Ghee containing adulterants was used to make the Ambaji Prasadi. This ghee was sourced from Nilkanth Traders located in Madhupura, Ahmedabad. On October 6, the Food Department of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation handed over a ghee sample to the police, along with Nilkanth Traders. While the report was expected to arrive within 11 days, it is now said to be delayed by a few more days, according to officials from the Food Department of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation.
