The reports of 11 establishments selling ghee are not as per the sample law.
The food department in Surat inspected the establishments producing, storing, and selling ghee in different areas of the city and sent the ghee samples to the lab for analysis. The report of which was found to not be as per the sample law of 11 institutions.

સુરત માં ફૂડ વિભાગ દ્વારા શહેરના અલગ અલગ વિસ્તારોમાંથી ઘીનું ઉત્પાદન, સંગ્રહ અને વેચાણ કરતી સંસ્થાઓમાં તપાસ કરી ઘી ના નમૂના પૃથ્થકરણ અર્થે લેબ માં મોકલાયા હતા. જેનો રિપોર્ટ આવતા 11 સંસ્થાઓના નમૂના ધારા ધોરણ મુજબ ન હોવાનું જણાયું હતું.
