The Navratri festival was celebrated at a school for specially-abled children run by the Disabled Welfare Trust of India at Piplod in Surat city. In this garba festival, dignitaries, including the IG, DCP, and District Governor as chief guests, Past International President Alay Bhupendra Chahwala as a special guest, and International Direct Alay Dr. Bimalesh Tevatia as a special guest, gave blessings to the children.
