Ghee samples have been taken from Honey Industrial Estate in the Masma area.
During a joint raid by Surat Village LCB, District LCB, and Parole Furlough Squad, a suspected quantity of ghee worth more than 50 lakhs was seized from a godown at Honey Industrial Estate in the Masma area. The police informed the FSL and Food and Drug Department, took samples of the ghee, and sent it to the lab for investigation. Along with this, a police complaint has also been filed. A case will be registered after the FSL report. At present, the police are investigating the matter.
