Even government offices are fake now?!
After news of people posing as government employees, now cases of fake government offices have also come to light. The accused set up a bogus government office which managed to receive government grants meant for the Tribal Development Department office. Between July 26, 2022, and now, they fraudulently siphoned off over 4.15 crores in the names of 93 different projects. The police have arrested two accused in this case, and the accused have been remanded for 12 days.
