Like in Delhi, air quality in Ahmedabad worsens:
Delhi had been making headlines for severe air quality as schools were shut down keeping in mind the dire situation. Similarly, in Ahmedabad too the Air Quality Index has reported a 125 on the scale, indicating the air quality to be considerably bad in the city. Areas including Navrangpura, Rakhiyal, Piranha and others seem to be the most affected.
