Gati Shakti Vishwa Vidyalaya Registrar Falls Victim to Online Scam
The registrar of Gati Shakti Vishwa Vidyalaya at the National Rail Academy in Vadodara became a victim of an online scam when he put his car up for sale on OLX. A person from Ahmedabad purchased the car and issued a check of 95 thousand, but the check bounced. The Crime Branch has apprehended Dhaval Harsora, the Ahmedabad-based scammer, and initiated further investigation into the fraudulent transaction that targeted the Gati Shakti Vishwa Vidyalaya registrar.
