Sharing insights into his unique hobby, Dr. Mehta explained that during his extensive travels across all five continents, he passionately collected menu cards from diverse establishments, amassing a collection exceeding 500. The exhibition featured menu cards from approximately 250 different hotels, restaurants, and cafes, offering a comprehensive view of culinary offerings from around the world.
