In a remarkable feat, an 18-year-old from Vadodara has initiated a startup dedicated to producing India's exclusive semiconductor-grade diamond. Aryaveer Nair, currently pursuing the International Baccalaureate (IB) board, embarked on this venture inspired by research conducted a year ago under the guidance of Dr. Nitin, the head of the chemical engineering department at MS University. The initial exploration focused on polymer addition in bitumen, sparking Nair's interest in delving into research on Chemical Wafer Deposition. Leveraging advanced technology, the startup has successfully commenced the production of semiconductor-grade diamonds, marking a significant breakthrough in the field.
