After the Ahmedabad ISKCON Bridge accident, the Surat Police are also on alert and have launched a campaign to take action against errant drivers. Under which the Rander police have taken action against the youths who are doing life-threatening stunts on Chandrasekhar Bridge. The police registered a crime, detained the youth and his father, and took legal action.
