Following the disastrous and tragic ISKCON Bridge accident in Ahmedabad that claimed the lives of 9 individuals and left many injured, an almost repeat of the accident was reported near Pandya Bridge in Vadodara. An over-speeding car rammed into the wall of the Food and Drugs Laboratory, causing it to bounce back due to the impact of the collision. One of the persons in the car died on the spot, while the other was injured. Several questions were raised in this regard, especially since the ISKCON Bridge accident still remains a tragic reminder of the impact of road accidents and violation of rules.
