Independence Day was celebrated on August 15 at Little Home Preschool in the Katargam area of Surat city. More than 45 children from 2 to 6 years of age came in various costumes and celebrated Independence Day cheerfully. Along with this, the school teachers also gave the children an understanding of the importance of Independence Day and why it should be celebrated. There was an atmosphere of patriotism in the school on the occasion of Independence Day.
