Doctor Bhavesh bought a flat in 2021 in a building named Sahajanand Prastha at Abrama in Surat. However, the builder took a project loan for this building but did not repay the bank. So, when the bank employees arrived to seal the flat, the flat owner threatened to end his life. An application was made by the doctor at the Uthran police station against builder Ashwin Chowtia and cheater Guddu Podar.
