The University Common Act was violated following prayer rituals at Vimaleshwar Mahadev temple in MSU’s Faculty of Arts on the second Monday of Shravan. Led by Vadodara Congress President Rutwij Joshi, a large group of City Congress workers protested with banners and slogans against the government’s policies.
