In a case that was reported from Surat’s Adajan area, fake police officers were involved in a honey trap scheme aimed at extortion. A young woman fell into their trap, and they managed to extort 43 thousand rupees from her. Acting on a complaint lodged by the victim, the actual police officials arrested six individuals, including Gopal Rabari's two accomplices, who were all implicated in the crime.
